June 2, 1949 – October 25, 2016

After a bravely fought year-long battle with cancer, Gary leaves behind his loving wife of 43 years, Barb, daughter Kimberley (Reinhold) Krahn, and grandchildren Griffyn and Paityn, son Chris (Brandi) Smith, and grandchildren Lily and Alexis.

Gary will be remembered for his love of his family, the outdoors, camping, fishing, hunting, curling, golfing with Barb and for his penchant for a good chat. Remember Gary, for his incredible kindness and helping hands, always selflessly putting others ahead of himself with great love in his heart, a twinkle in his eye and a laugh that loved to be shared.
